• Returns are accepted if the return is sent within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. We truly appreciate your compliance with this. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase but at the same time we would like the opportunity to get the merchandise back within a reasonable time frame.
• Please contact us BEFORE shipping the product back. We cannot accept returns that we are not notified of beforehand. Kindly notify us via email of the return and include tracking information so that we can expect your package and be able to track it if there are any issues. UPS or Fedex is highly recommended as they are the most reliable and the fastest. This will also result in getting your money refunded to you in the most expeditious fashion.
• A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
• There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In this unfortunate situation, you must file a claim with the carrier.
• We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. These costs will need to be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
