SHIPPING, RETURNS, INFO & FAQ'S
All items already marked down and tagged "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes and promotions.SHIPPING POLICIES
- USA Standard shipping: Standard (non-expedited) domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS ground or USPS first class (any longer lead times are noted on the product page). Shortly after your order is shipped you will receive confirmation and tracking from UPS or USPS.
- All domestic orders of value $150 and up ship for free. All international orders $500 and up ship for free unless that indicated otherwise for a finite promotion.
- USA Expedited shipping: UPS next-day, 2-day, and 3-day select services are available for an additional fee. We ship from the San Francisco Bay area, For nearby locations the 2-day or 3-day air may not have any advantage over ground shipping. Contact us with any questions.
- International orders: We accept non-US credit cards from countries that support billing address verification. If it is the first time you are shopping with us for your protection we may require additional documentation. All International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking information provided. (plan for 7-14 days on average for delivery) Roztayger is not responsible for any customs or duties fees that are particular to your country. If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, please understand that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to your door and then back to us. If you prefer to ship via DHL, UPS or Fedex international, please email us for a quote at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All International orders valuing $500 and up will ship free via USPS. Orders valued under $500 will be charged $40 for Asia, the Middle East and Europe and $30 to Canada.
- To arrange payment via wire transfer email us and we can provide you with the necessary information.
We are always happy to accommodate packages being mailed as gifts. Should you wish to send an order as a gift please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to give your purchase special attention including a handwritten gift enclosure. Online gift cards are available for purchase here.
We honor a 10 day return policy provided items are returned in the same condition they were received and are in their original packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. Roztayger is not responsible for any return items lost in transit. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted past the allowable return period.
A.) Full price items: Returns and refunds are accepted subject to product being returned within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date. Returned items must reach Roztayger UNALTERED in as-new, unused, unworn condition with tags still attached, complete with all original packaging. Full cost of the item will be refunded, excluding any shipping charges paid.
B.) Sale items: Returns for store credit are allowed for items on sale up to 30% off, provided they are shipped back within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. Returned items must reach Roztayger UNALTERED in as-new, unused, unworn condition with tags still attached, complete with all original packaging.
C.) Final Sale items: Items marked down 40% or more are "final sale". Please write or call before purchase with any questions to make sure the item is one you will be happy with. We can answer any fit issues you might have.
To initiate a return for items within A or B, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and request for return. A return authorization number will be provided within 24 hours. We ask that you ship with insurance and tracking. UPS, Fedex or USPS are recommended. Roztayger is not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
- Sale/promo price adjustment policy for goods offered at Roztayger: We are happy to offer a promo/sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 3 days prior to the commencement date of a promotion or sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 5 days of sale/promo start date.
Please note that the exact style and/or size of the item must be available for purchase at the time such a request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally. purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
