Roztayger has spent the last 13 years building a community of satisfied (and stylish!) customers. Our shipping, returns and exchanges policies are outlined below – please contact us directly if you have any questions about our policies or our products. We ship from San Francisco, Ca.

 

SHIPPING INFO

  • Free Shipping in the USA on Orders of $300 + Up
  • Free International Shipping on Orders of $1000 + Up

(Regarding duties  - The full value and country of origin for items in your order are listed on customs forms. Duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. You may need to pay this when you receive your parcel, and the amount vill vary. We recommend getting in touch with your countries' customs office to confirm current tax rates for imports. Roztayger is not responsible for paying these costs. If you refuse to pay duties on your parcel and decline to receive your shipment, you will not receive a refund. If your parcel is returned to us, you will need to re-pay any shipping fees to have it sent back to you.)

  • Returns accepted for full refunds in the USA on all items up to 49% off. 50% off is final sale. A return label will be provided and the cost of that return label will be deduced from the refund.  Returns must be post marked back within 4 days of receiving the return label.

Roztayger does not accept returns of fragrance/scent, socks or body care items. Roztayger reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) returned do not meet our requirements.

DISCOUNTS & FINAL SALE

  • Any products that are 50% Off + Up are Final Sale. Beauty and socks are also Final Sale.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes and promotions.
  • All items tagged final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

OUR SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Roztayger offers Sale Price Adjustments on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. The exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is for an adjustment to be approved.

All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be issued as store credit on a gift card valid for 12 months.

We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on special promotion items temporarily reduced in price.

HOW TO REQUEST A SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT or PRICE MATCHING

Please email elizabeth@roztayger.com with your order number and the item(s) that qualify for sale price adjustment.

Please email elizabeth@roztayger.com to invoke price matching from another online shop for the same product. This must be done prior to purchase. Please send the link along with your request.

GIFTS & GIFT CARDS

We love giving gifts (and receiving them is not bad either)! Should you wish to send an order as a gift please contact us at info@roztayger.com and we will be happy to give your purchase special attention including a handwritten gift enclosure. Online gift cards are available for purchase here.

PROCESSING A RETURN

Returns within the United States

To arrange a return within the US on items up to 49% off please follow the steps
indicated below. Purchases of items 50% off or more (as marked or via discount code) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

  1. Within 7 days of receiving your order, please click here and follow the instructions to receive your label.
  2. We ask that you ship your item within 4 days of receiving the label.
  3. Items must be accompanied by a copy of your order number + paperwork so that you may be refunded quickly.
  4. Once approved, your refund (less any original shipping fees + $10 flat fee) will be processed  n approximately 2 business days and you will be notified by email.
    *Please note: Items cannot be worn, washed or damaged, must have all tags attached, and returned in original packaging to be eligible. Shoes must be in their original box, unworn and undamaged condition. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed or used will not be accepted for return. We want our clients to be satisfied with every purchase they make, so please call or email us with any questions before you place your order. Our business model is based on special attention to our products and our customers, so we generally respond within an hour. We are happy to help and offer straightforward guidance. Our goal is to continue to grow our community of satisfied clients who shop with us again and again.
Returns Outside the USA
Items cannot be worn, washed or damaged. Items must have all tags attached, and returned in original packaging to be eligible. Shoes must be in their original box, unworn and undamaged. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed or used will not be accepted for return.
  1. Within 7 days of receiving your order, email info@roztayger.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return process.
  2. Roztayger is not responsible for any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred.
  3. Roztayger is not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
  4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Items must be accompanied by a copy of your order number + paperwork, and email approval from Roztayger.

Once approved, your refund will be processed in approximately 2 business days and you will be notified by email.
